We want you to feel confident trying REMplenish. To support our customers, we offer three simple policies designed to guide you if you ever need help.
Breathe Better Promise
If you don't experience benefit, we review your usage and may issue a refund.
Manufacturing Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects of the bottle or Myo-Nozzle.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 90 days.
Breathe Better Promise
REMplenish is designed to strengthen airway muscles and support healthier breathing patterns. The Breathe Better Promise is designed to support customers who are using the product consistently and as recommended.
Because breathing training is a skill, proper technique and consistent use are important. Our team is here to support you. You have 90 days from receiving the product to place a claim.
How We Help You Succeed
Step 1: Technique Review
We review frequency of use, proper usage, and nozzle level.
Step 2: Therapist Consultation
A virtual consultation with our Myofunctional Therapist ensures the product is being used correctly. Many customers simply need small adjustments to see better results.
Step 3: Breathe Better Promise
If the product is still not helping after this support, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price.

Manufacturing Warranty
REMplenish products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the water bottle and REMplenish Myo-Nozzle during normal use. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the defective part or product with a one-time free replacement.
Important Information
- We do not offer replacement lids at this time
- Adults should always monitor children while using the product
- Biting or rubbing teeth on the nozzle can cause damage
Not Covered
- Damage caused by drops or impact
- Damage from biting the nozzle
- Normal wear from use
- Lost or misplaced products
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, fading)
- Damage from improper cleaning (mold growth, harsh chemicals)
Replacement Policy
If the exact item is unavailable, we'll send an equivalent product of equal or greater value in a similar style and color. If you're not satisfied with the replacement option, we'll issue a refund on the product instead.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of unopened products within 90 days of delivery.
Requirements
- Product must remain sealed and unused
- Original packaging is not required
Customers may choose to:
- receive a refund
- exchange for another product
Refunds apply to the product cost only.
Shipping
- U.S. and Canada customers receive a free return label
- International customers cover return shipping
