Warranty Policy
REMplenish Myo-Nozzles
90-DAY COVERAGE
If your Myo-Nozzle has a defect or damage within 90 days of purchase, we'll provide a one-time replacement for free.
What's Covered:
– Cracks or breaks during normal use
– Manufacturing flaws in materials
– Defective construction
What's Not Covered:
– Damage from improper cleaning (mold growth, harsh chemicals)
– Lost or misplaced nozzles
REMplenish Water Bottles
90-DAY MANUFACTURING DEFECT COVERAGE
If your bottle has a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, we'll provide a one-time replacement of the defective part for free.
What's Covered:
– Defective lids or caps
– Structural failures (not from drops)
– Manufacturing flaws
What's Not Covered:
– Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, fading)
– Damage from drops or impacts
– Normal wear from daily use
How to File a Claim

- Upload photos clearly showing the issue (required for manufacturing defects)
- We review your claim in the order it is received
- Upon approval, replacements ship within 2 business days
Damage and manufacturing defects are assessed by our team prior to approval. We reserve the right to decline any damage that does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
Replacement Policy
If the exact item is unavailable, we'll send an equivalent product of equal or greater value in a similar style and color.
If you're not satisfied with the replacement option, we'll issue a refund on the product instead.
Return Policy
90-Day Return Window
Ordered the wrong item or changed your mind before opening?
We accept returns of sealed, unopened products within 90 days
of delivery.
What You Will Receive:
– Product cost refunded (minus $5 processing fee)
– Free return shipping label (U.S. customers)
– Refund to original payment method
– Processed within 5 business days of receipt
IMPORTANT:
– Product must be unopened with seal intact
– Original packaging preferred but not required
– Original shipping cost is non-refundable
– International customers are responsible for return shipping
Why unopened only?
Myo-Nozzles, bottles, and other accessories are personal oral care products—like toothbrushes or mouth guards. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used nozzles.
Your satisfaction matters.
While we can't accept returns or exchanges of used products, we're committed to making sure you have a great experience with REMplenish.
